Otis Announces Flexible Elevator Modernization Packages for NA

After introducing its new flexible Arise^TM MOD Prime and Arise MOD Plus elevator modernization packages for low- to mid-rise residential and commercial buildings in Europe in late 2025, Otis announced on February 25 these packages are now available for North America (NA). More than one million elevators are in use across the U.S. and Canada, including many that are at least 20 years old, creating potential operational challenges and frustration for building owners and passengers in the event of an unplanned shutdown, Otis observes.
