Otis tells ELEVATOR WORLD it supplied three Gen3™ Edge elevators with Otis ONE™ Pro Internet of Things and Compass 360™ dispatching for The Windsor, a nine-story condominium development at 23 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, NY. Sales have launched for the development, and anticipated occupancy is slated for the fourth quarter of 2026, New York YIMBY reports. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and developed by Local Development Group, the red-brick building will include 98 studio to three-bedroom condos and more than 18,000 ft² of indoor and outdoor amenities. Residences at The Windsor feature 9-ft ceilings, oversized casement windows, wide-plank white oak flooring, in-unit washers and dryers and energy-efficient HVAC systems with zoned controls. More than half of the condos will include private outdoor space.
