Otis To Provide Vertical-Transportation for South Korea Development

Otis Elevator Korea has been selected as the elevator supplier for the Seoul One IPARK project in South Korea being carried out by IPARK Hyundai Development Co. Otis will provide 65 elevator and escalator systems, including 42 Otis SkyRise™ high-rise elevators, 11 Otis Gen3^® connected elevators, six Link™ escalators, and six Otis Compass^® 360 destination management systems to six residential buildings in Seoul One IPARK. Seoul One IPARK project is a large-scale mixed-use development. On a site of more than 77,000 m², it will include eight residential facilities and more than 3,000 housing units and upscale “wellness residences” for senior living across eight buildings. Shopping streets and malls, prime offices and a global hotel are also being developed.
