Qualex-Landmark’s 24th residential community, Artesia, designed by Ramsay Worden Architects, will feature 247 one-, two- and three- bedroom residences in a 31-story high-rise building on the quieter side of Metrotown in Burnaby, Canada, according to a press release in Burnaby Now. A lobby will sit upon an aquatic base, forming a gateway to 5,300 ft2 of interior facilities and 12,600 ft2 of outdoor space. Keyless building access and touchless entry points will provide added convenience, and sanitization and water filtration systems can be found in the common areas. A bike- and car-share program will be available for residents to enjoy and commute to nearby amenities. In addition, electric vehicle-ready parking stalls and storage are located within the secured parking garage. Artesia’s mechanical system, managed by Fortis, will also be integrated to ensure efficient performance. Sales are expected to begin in fall or winter of 2021.
