Leading lift SIM provider SIMSINLifts will unveil an industry-first emergency telephone integration service at LIFTEX at ExCeL London in London, U.K., on June 11-12. The new service allows a SIM-based emergency location to be shared directly with lift operator rescue systems, “setting a new standard for rapid, data-driven emergency response,” according to SIMSINLifts. The new telephony connection allows for seamless data flow between a lift’s auto-dialler and trained responders, meaning the lift’s exact location will automatically display to operators as soon as the elevator alarm button is pressed. Lift companies that purchase the company’s multi-roam SIMs, which connect to the strongest available network for guaranteed emergency calls, can also receive exclusive six-months’ free line rental through SIMSINLifts’ sister company Prime Connect.
