TK Elevator (TKE) on June 8 announced the launch of EOX Rebuild, a full replacement solution within TKE's EOX elevator family designed specifically for existing low-rise buildings. "Across Europe, we are seeing significant investment in the modernization of existing buildings as cities and property owners work to improve sustainability, safety, accessibility and quality of life," TKE Europe Africa CEO Bora Gülan said. With EOX Rebuild, TKE extends the eco-efficient and natively digital advantages of the Internet of Things EOX platform to the full replacement market, helping customers renew aging elevator stock with a "future-ready design for today's buildings and tomorrow's urban needs." Accessibility has become a central driver of this transformation, as buildings are increasingly expected to support barrier-free movement for all users and move beyond regulatory requirements as Europe’s population ages. Key features of EOX Rebuild include 320-1000 kg capacity; 1-1.75 m/s speed; 75-m travel height; eco-efficiency with regenerative belt drive, standby and eco-mode; and flexibility in terms of cabin dimensions and door positioning.
