Designed by Node Architecture, the gray building features outdoor strips of greenery and a rooftop outdoor amenity area. At 1841 Seaward Avenue is the Stevenson Senior Residences, a six-story building designed by WXY Architecture + Urban Design in collaboration with NV5 for which the affordable housing lottery launched in October, according to YIMBY. Containing 117 residences, it features a two-tone light brown brick façade.
