Condo Tower Points to Edmonton Economy’s Strength

The Encore Tower, a 43-story condominium building near Edmonton, Canada’s Ice District (ELEVATOR WORLD, April 2016), is under construction and expected to be complete in fall 2019, reflecting what developer David Sanche of Westrich Pacific Corp. says is a strong local economy, the Edmonton Sun reported. Westrich began construction of Encore on the heels of its nearby 32-story Ultima Tower, which is 100% sold. Located at 103 Street and 102 Avenue, Encore will have approximately 175 luxury units and, as of April, was approximately 70% sold. Upon completion, Encore will be the tallest condo-only building in Edmonton.
